Both are fantastic Tom Hanks films. I shall have to pick one for now, but no doubt that choice will change in the future.

The Terminal has better performances, but Big is a part of my childhood. Nostalgia wins out... for now at least.
Big sticks with me more.
Both are great Hanks films, but I would have to say I prefer Big.

Going with Big. Tim Tanks does great in both films, but in Big, he strikes a chord that very fiew actors can, making you believe thst he truly is a child in an adult body.
