i have to give it to rainman, although iron man is a great action/super hero film, rainman has a real message of love and brotherhood
Rain Man has a great supporting cast to go with Cruise's lead. Downey basically had to carry his film on his back and comes off more of a show 'saver' than a 'stealer'. Paltrow was bland, Bridges was generic, and don't even get me started on Terrence Howard's flaccid performance as Rhodey, which was basically imitated the token black guy from Not Another Teen Movie and removed all life from it.

Iron Man wins but it's not like Rain Man is K-Mart either ;)

SquareMaster puts Insomnia ahead of every movie ever made aside from the other Nolan flicks so he can't be trusted to have a informational opinion. Sorry dude. I'm picking Iron Man here for being the one I'd rather watch. I own Every Cruise movie and like most of them, Rain Man is fantastic.
