An American Werewolf in London vs. Fargo

I actually think American Werewolf is a bit funnier than Fargo. Werewolf was the original Scream as far as being able to being funny and scary as hell at the same time. Or maybe Bride of Frankenstein would be the original Werewolf. Either way, I think I have to go with Landis over the Coen brothers; something I never thought I would type.
