Tough choice, but the trueman show is winning here.
The first time I saw both of these films, I didn't like them much. Second time I discovered what they were about and liked them a whole lot more. Neither are perfect, but they're both great in their own right. Garden State is closer to the type of film I enjoy more often, but The Truman Show is more complex and more interesting. It wins out by a wafer-thin margin

The Truman Show was great, but I like Garden State more. You cant hate the music in that movie.
