Hmm...spy hitman vs. conscientious objector. Both of these movies are about identity confusion. I hate to see Bourne get beat, but there's no more worthy opponent than The Dude.

bourne identity was a solid action movie, no doubt. but i like a unique style and memorable characters with my movies, something the big lebowski does very well. neither are in my all time favorites, but you couldn't go wrong with either. goin with lebowski.

Big Lebowski by a mile. Bourne Identity is pretty okay, but instantly forgettable compared to the sequels. I would never put Big Lebowski in the same sentence with "forgettable" unless it was a sentence in which I declared that I'd never put those two words in the same sentence, like this sentence right here.

Where's the fckin' money, Lebowski? More like "Where's Jeff Bridges Oscar nomination, Academy?" I can understand why some people might think The Big Lebowski is over rated, but it's much easier for me to understand why so many people love it as much as they do. Truly a masterpiece.

Wow, this one is easy, Bourne all the way. The Big Lebowski is IMHO one of the worst movies ever made. ranks right down there with "Tempest"

Too easy. The Big Lebowski. For me The Big Lebowski is hard to justify as such a brilliant film that I believe it is, but it easily beats The Bourne Identity. The Bourne Identity - would make my top #100, The Big Lebowski, would make the top #5

Definitely The Dude takes this one. If Matt Damon had a nickname as cool as The Dude, had a female counterpart as sexy and as great as Julianne Moore, and drank White Russians throughout the whole movie, it may have been a different question. But no, so definitely The Big Lebowski wins.
We just have to give it to His Dudeness. El Duderino deserves it.

The Big Lebowski is overrated, semi-funny nonsense that meanders around and ends up nowhere. Most of it's jokes fall flat. It's not even the funniest bowling comedy (that is Kingpin). So, I'll take the Bourne Identity, as well as a slew of other films before another overrated Coen Brother circle jerk. Now go ahead, you Coen apologists, and try explain to me why something so unfunny is so funny.

I thought The Big Lebowski was a very weird and trippy movie. But out of all the Bourne movies Identity was the most boring. But I still think Bourne is better than Lebowski!
