This is tough for me.Both are amazing & they are amazing because they are true.I will go with The Devil & Daniel Johnston.His story is more fascinating.After you see his movie you will be a fan too. If we are talking story & acting All the President's Men would win.But overall all The Devil & Daniel Johnston is better.

Yes Devil & Daniel Johnson is one fascinating film and i do like the film a lot but I have to pick Presidents Men here because we all knew the story but the film takes us behind the curtain and we get to see the players of the scandal and its a deep and well made drama!
