Oh boy. A tough one I didn't see coming. I think The Frighteners is really underrated but I also liked The Prestige. I would stop to watch either one if channel surfing, but haven't made it a point to get either one on DVD. Without looking I'd say The Prestige is probably higher on my chart to start but now that they're head-to-head ... I'm going with The Frighteners. Reserving the right to revisit this decision after watching both again though.
