Both are mean-spirited, pessimistic movies about scuzzy men in sleazy situations. Both are pretty despicable. But I have to go with Glengarry Glen Ross because at least it has Jack Lemmon.

I prefer Mark Wahlberg being cranky and yelling at people to Alec Baldwin being cranky and yelling at people, so The Departed wins here.

There's a lot of similarities between these two movies but the ending of Glengarry Glen Ross is less ridiculous. Not that it wasn't an easy decision and something like that needed to be taken in to account.
The Departed wins.
Dare I say GGR? Lol, just kidding. Easy win for The Depated.
