I like both of these movies probably more than they deserve. Both fun. I'm picking Reign of Fire for now, but that's probably just because I've known it longer and seen it more times. Admittedly, neither was as fantastic as their concepts promised, but they were both cool.

Let me just say, Reign of Fire is a great movie. I liked Outlander too, but it I think it wasted a lot of its potential with lazy execution. Reign is just a whole bunch of fun.
