Sean Connery's final (official) appearance as James Bond vs. Roger Moore's final appearance as James Bond. Connery still looked the part, whereas Moore's age was entirely too obvious. Otherwise, I think "A View to a Kill" is much stronger in nearly every other regard, from John Barry's score to the supporting cast (Patrick Macnee was very charming).

Neither. How 'bout that. A View to a Kill is much less insulting, I guess. Although it's pretty depressing that Christopher Walken as the villain is not nearly as entertaining as it sounds.

A View to a Kill is probably my favourite Bond film. Diamonds Are Forever isn't exactly bad, but certainly among the weaker Bond flicks.

Neither are near the top of my Bond list...but I'll go with Diamonds....

I haven't seen A View to a Kill in years, but I remember liking it. I just recently rewatched Diamonds and really enjoyed it (though it is Connerey's worst) ill go with Diamonds.

I just watched AVTAK and it is very entertaining. This matchup is pretty tough, but after sleeping on it, I think I'll go with A View to a Kill.
