I almost turned Badlands off after the first fifteen minutes, but then...
Badlands is pretty good, There Will Be Blood is fantastic.
Badlands may be the most watchable film Terrence Malick has made...but that doesn't mean it's watchable. There Will Be Blood wins huge...

Badlands hit me harder as a whole even though BLOOD had the better story and acting damn was Day Lewis amazing but still I like Badlands more!

I think I appreciate THERE WILL BE BLOOD less than everybody else. Whereas BADLANDS may be my favorite Malick.
