That is a hard one... I love Infernal Affairs, its a exciting movie, 12 Monkeys is one of this wtf movies which blow my mind away first time I saw it.Its a tough one....

I love both movies, but 12 Monkeys is one of the best sci-fi movies ever. It gets my vote.
