A couple of movies where guys with considerable firepower take on the system. I guess Harry Callahan is part of the system, but he fights crime his way. John Rambo was part of the system, but he just wanted to come home and put his life back together, or something like that. Wait, weren't both of these characters criticized for promoting Fascism? I don't know... I guess Dirty Harry was better. I like Eastwood more than Stallone.
