These are both bottom of the barrel, obnoxiously unfunny comedies. Bikini Summer III does have bikinis and ridiculously endowed women. It also has terrible music accompanying the cheesy love scenes, a gay stereotype character who is beyond endurance, and generally poor acting. I saw Beauty on Duty a while back and have mostly forgotten it. Just going by the painful fragments that are still stuck in my brain, it does come perilously close to being just about as stupid as Bikini Summer III. The level of humor isn't substantially different. However, I feel that it must have some redeeming qualities that nudges it above a film that robs bikinis of their joy.
