Ouch this is tough. I love both these movies. Taken is great and really makes the characters real and believable. It seemed to not have any major plot holes and the pacing was great even if it did slow down once or twice. Million Dollar Baby had the occasional pacing problem but none too serious and easily no plot holes. I can only comment on the endings. The ending for Taken revisits earlier in the movie where he meets the pop star and saves her, she now meets his daughter. Your classic happy ending. However, the ending to Million Dollar Baby was powerful, thought provoking and sad.
