it just needed 10 years to make a funny Mr. Bean movie. (And amazingly Mr. Bean didn´t age one bit in all those years!)

Not sure. Let's see here. Acting-Holiday. Writing-Bean. Direction-Holiday. Rowan Atkinson-Bean. 2-2. Hm. Holiday is much lighter than earlier one, but Bean is- dare I say- smarter.

Both just collections of recycled sketches, Bean more so than Holiday (if I remember correctly). I used to watch Bean a lot when I was a kid, so in a way it gets some points for nostalgia, but even I have to admit that it is a pretty crappy movie. Holiday on the other hand has some "heart" to it, yet isn't as memorable as the former. I guess I'll go with Holiday.
