i do prefer shawshank, but mean girls is actually a really clever satire too and i love it. i'd like to rate mean girls higher just to throw a spanner in the mix, but shawshank is still the better movie
As far as chick flicks go....Mean Girls is one of the best I've ever seen. But this....is....SHAWSHANK!
Wow! What am I gonna choose?? Mean Girls or Shawshank.......hmmm......I'd probably say Mean Girls, I mean the symbolism and camera techniques are AMAZING!! Not to mention the plot and character development. JK!!!! Shawshank wins by miles.
