Good lions vs bad lions. "The Lion King" is real Disney's magic but "The Ghost and the Darkness" is for me the atmosphere of wild Africa and great adventure. So, sorry Simba ;)

I really love "The Ghost and the Darkness", but I adore animation, and "The Lion King" is a giant of the art form.

Darn, this is really tough. I guess I'll go with The Lion King because it's pure magic, but The Ghost and the Darkness is so intense and beautiful as well... Really difficult to choose one over the other.
