Hanna D.: The Girl from Vondel Park vs. Hanna

Well, these are incredibly different films. Hanna D is about a young female prostitute/dope fiend. The other Hanna is about a highly trained young female assassin. The assassin film has its moments, but I was irritated as much as entertained. The prostitute film is melodramatic sleaze of the highest order. No doubt that Hanna is the better made film. Hanna D, though, truly sticks in one's memory, for better or worse.
