Both are my favorites. But I go with Forrest gump.

I loved Shrek, but Forrest Gump has always had my heart.

never really cared for both of them. i probably like shrek better
gump is a great great movie and shrek is ... well it's just a cartoon ... a green cartoon :)

I am not a cryer. And the only film I have EVER cried while watching is Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump wins by a mile. Many miles.
