CoM is a fantastic vision of a dystopian future—one of my favorite sub-genres. I have to choose the Ring, however, because I feel it's such a unique and complete horror movie. Incidentally, it had me sleeping with the lights on for two or three days after seeing it.

Children Of Men was better in every aspect.

I'm choosing Children of Men, but I admit The Ring was one of those horror movies that really scared me, lol.
Always the hard ones JRM. Children of Men stands the test of time.
