Iron Giant was a good movie that I liked when I was younger. But I think that Up has a better story line and is much more entertaining.

I think The Iron Giant is slightly better than Up.

Up is funnier, more moving, and more entertaining. Still, The Iron Giant is a near masterpiece, and even if Up is much better, The Iron Giant is still a must-see.

While I like The Iron Giant, I love Up.

For once, the Iron Giant is actually not the more moving piece--UP manages to strongly build a relationship and a goal that matches the Iron Giant. Both are very adventurous, but UP is just slightly more mysterious, suspenseful, and funny. Even if the ending doesn't have the little quirk, I still think UP's just slightly better than The Iron Giant.
