Oy. Ask me again some other time....
I'm going with Collateral on this one. Star Trek didn't have a very original story, the humor was mostly lame and the villain was boring. Collateral isn't all that original, either, but I enjoyed the interaction between Cruise and Foxx.
Star Trek was a real treat.

Both great, but Trek is probably the closest we've gotten to classic Star Wars-type blockbuster territory (Pirates came close, but not as much). More of this, less of Transformers!

Collateral is a masterwork Star Trek was quite overrated, still good though.
