I really don't like either one of these movies at all. But Hancock is slightly better

Hancock was a terrible movie. Men in Black II, while not a good movie, is better by a small margin.

Hancock wins. It's mostly passable until it goes bonkers in the third act. MIB2 is a mess the whole way through.

They're both pretty bad, but I'll go with Hancock.
Hancock is a mess, and Men in Black 2 is stupid and with a lot of recycled elements. Men in Black 2 is slightly better.
