Not even close! Dark Knight is a far superior film! TDK has the way better villain for starters! Better developed story and characters.
The Dark Knight definitely grabs the win. The new Spider-Man is really sucky.

I love both movies. I think Amazing Spider-Man 2 perfectly captured what the essence of Spider-Man is but The Dark Knight is still my favorite of the two.

The Dark Knight is probably the best comic book movie ever made let alone best comic book movie sequel. Both Amazing Spider-Man films are already forgotten.
