The first of many. It's an honour. Loved Deadpool, it's a ton of fun. But Dark Knight is so much more
Dark knight for sure. Deadpool was great though.
The Dark Knight, the only film of the genre to literally be compared to The Godfather and Empire Strikes back with complete validity.

I personally tend to go with the movie that I think is more "fun" or that I'd rather watch again as opposed to the one that I think is "technically" better in these match-ups, and while in this case that would be Deadpool, I can't in good conscious rate it higher than TDK

Deadpool was a lot of fun but the Dark Knight is a masterpiece.
Deadpool is funny, but in no way can it be better than The Dark Knight
