This is a pretty good match-up...'Black Sheep' was a lot of fun in a 'b' movie kind of way. 'Splinter' was very gory and a lot darker then 'Black Sheep', but still a lot of fun. Its a pretty tough choice, but I'd give the edge to 'Splinter'.

The characters in Splinter annoyed me. Black Sheep wasn't great, but it was better than Splinter. At least it was kind of funny.
