Nutty is a classic romp while the Supernatural comedy Ghostbusters is a all time fav and wins my 106000th ranking!
Nutty Professor provided me with a lot more laughs.

The Nutty Professor starts out great but deflates in the middle with far too many repeated gags and a plot that runs out of steam. Ghostbusters is far better.
