For the twelfth year in a row, Flickcharters have voted for their favorites in a wide variety of categories, from the worst and best of the previous year to the films that interest us most in the coming year. Now that the votes have been tallied, here are your winners for The 12th Annual Flickcharters’ Choice Awards!

Winning with almost half of the votes, S. S. Rajamouli’s sprawling, wild adventure RRR wins with 44.9% of the votes. This category also saw the only nominee to not earn any votes in any category, as Hirokazu Koreeda’s Broker received 0% of the votes.

With a commanding lead, taking 38.8% of the votes, Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio wins easily, making it the first stop-motion animation film to win in this category.

2023 already looks like it has plenty of potential, as this category was pretty evenly split amongst the five nominees. However, Greta Gerwig’s upcoming Barbie is the film voters were most excited about, winning 26.3% of votes.

Winning two awards each for second place are Avatar: The Way of Water, Babylon, and The Banshees of Inisherin, while Daniel Kwan, Daniel Scheinert, and Colin Farrell each walk away with two wins each.
