"Arrival is probably the best movie made by the Canadian great, Denis Villeneuve. Then I think I'd still rather watch 2049. Arrival really is greatness though; Amy Adams is excellent, the twists are just thrilling and the overall atmosphere is absurdly good. That being said, Toy Story is also an excellent film in every way. Innovative storytelling that would inspire mostly everything that came after, some of cinema's greatest characters in Buzz and Woody, and of course the soundtrack. Arrival is a masterpiece, but Toy Story still got a bigger advantage here: that of nostalgia."
