My cousin wrote a book, but it was lost when some idiot stole her laptop. However, she turned it into a play called The Seed. It's a very popular play in Australia. She has also dne about 30 other plays as well.

I like football too, but not the kind you would like! I'm into AFL, I don't know if you have ever heard of it. :)

That was a real surprise to me HH5. I knew about all the problems they had, but wow, they turned it around and made what would of been a better movie. I missed Matthew Fox. I know he's in there somewhere for a second because they cut his part out of the movie. The sneaking in the hospital was great! It had to make me tense, but I had my teeth clenched during this scene. Oh, that woman zombie that had in the cell- what a scary zombie! That woman did a fantastic job. :)

I liked some other movies better, but I agree, it's a great blend of action and horror. Plus it does it so well with the rating they have! Is it PG-13 over there? It's M15+ here, which is about the equivalent.

Cool! I really want to see it, but Australia is shit for releasing horror movies. It released The Cabin in the Woods and Evil Dead on three screens in the whole country.

Well, I thought The Fearless Vampire Killers was pretty great. It's got a good blend of comedy and horror. I loved the MGM logo turning into a vampire! :D The music was really atmospheric as well. What I didn't know until I started watching it was that it's a Roman Polanski movie.

Do you like Jeepers Creepers? I'm quite a fan myself. I even like the sequel, despite it's flaws. I'm sure a third film is coming, but i haven't heard anything about it for quite some time.

I would say Vamp is a horror comedy, yes. Grace Jones is quite freaky. Some really poor acting, though. :) It's about about a 3 1/2 out of five for me. Just a fun movie. :)

The part that really pisses me off with Jeepers Creepers 2 is that the old man is standing guard! Just burn the bastard! Smash it's head with a sledgehammer. Or, just a thought, put it in a bloody cage! He's had years to prepare, yet all he does is sit there! :D

Hey man, I'm conducting somewhat of a survey with what I perceive to be the diehard movie fans on this site.. How long has your #1 movie been your absolute favorite? And do you think it will ever change? How loyal and/or biased are you to that movie? Also, the same questions apply for your top 5 as well as your top 10. Are they pretty much edged in stone on your chart or have your top 5 and/or top 10 changed over the past few years?

Nice! well A Clockwork Orange has been my #1 film since day one I joined flickchart it wasnt on purpose I just realized how much I loved the film and how important it is to cinema and culture but my top 10 or 20 kinda changes time to time its hard to pick between what I Think are great films and ones I love for other reasons Im a horror /sci-fi fanatic and love very weird and bizarre films but have a soft spot for the classics and Cinemas great epic films I also love animated movies and cheesy 80;s movies so im often picking from my heart and not my Brain lol. I think Star Wars and LOTR Trilogy are great and are all in my top 25 do they really belong there?not 100% sure but they are a piece of my childhood/teen years so epic and magical its hard to go against them! but im sure one day I will have to,hit me up again with any other thought or questions Brilliant Idea on the survey!

How about you are you in the same boat or are sci-fi space films not your thing?

I know there will never be a sequel!(just announced) but it would be awesome if there was! LIke if the kid grew up and used the demon to do his bidding or a new couple moves into the house and he haunts them sadistically! anyway it was good I give it a 7.5/10 and one of the better horror films this decade!

Time travel also, but centered around trying to fix a relatioship. Smaller budget than Predestination, but still enjoyable. The time travel is probably more believable and didn't leave me with as many questions as Predestination did. Still like predestination more though. Mainly for the performance of Sarah Snook. I'll leave it at that, don't want you knowing much before you watch it. Avoid spoilers.

Yes I have and while they both are inferior to the original masterpieces they both are fun and add a different style and mood to the stories, and they are almost more on point to the original Books and have very accurate scenes and direction the overall direction and tension isnt there! I do like them but not nearly as much as I like Hitchcock's and Kubrick versions!

Hmmm i would say my favourite director is Alfred Hitchcock, I like superhero movies like the dark knight and films about a single persons story like forrest gump and shawshank redemption. I decide on the films i watch mainly on classics, as well as word of mouth as my brothers would watch films in the cinema and would tell me if there good.

Hey, man. Every film considered bad or not great at all i highly ranked, can be explained in the A. Like Halloween 2 (1981) and Rooster Cogburn (1975), i've see a lot of times with the original when i lived in the old Illinois.
To explain Stephen King's The Shining high rank, i give B. Maybe, the reason of love Stanley Kubrick's The Shining and the book.

It is a pretty poor film outside the genre of science fiction. The dialogue is still pretty poor, the acting is mediocre and the whole film is practically animated. The effects are good but the film is too focused on this aspect.

It is absolutely the best of the prequels but isn't that great of a movie overall. I'll watch it if it's on, it's entertaining enough.

Hey there! Thank you for asking me to enjoy your survey. First I had thought about a couple of films but at least they are not so bad, so here I am with other four movies. The first two: Righteous Kill and The lords of Salem. I think these are two underrated movies, especially the second one. Next two movies are "guilty pleasures" of mine and they are Elizabethtown and You don't mess with the Zohan. I can't tell you why I like these movies, I know they are not too good, but the second makes me laugh a lot and the first is simply a nice film.

To tell the truth, i enjoyed Freddy's Revenge. It is very funny, but i give a 6.3 out of 10. I loved Dream Warriors, it is simply amazing, and the 4 beats Empire Strikes Back in my book. Dream Child is my least favorite Freddy Krueger, without remake.
I have to agree. I love Evil Dead, but just the first was horror. Dead by Dawn was horror comedy, and Army of Darkness was medieval comedy.
Halloween has a great first and second one, the third was cult, i enjoy it, but know it's awful. Liked the 4, and the 5 and 6 are unfunny and really bad. H20 was mixed one, and Resurrection sucks. I don't enjoy the remakes, as i enjoy Nightmare remake, but it sucks.
Friday the 13th was just iconic for me.

I did love Mad Max but I never rank newer movies really high unless they are next level type films because I feel they need time to breath and settle as well as I need a lot of multiple viewings the only film that was in my top 20 for a while that was released this decade was Inception! Im more a classic Horror or cult movie lover along with 80s comedies and animation fan I tend not to like too many newer films manly the acting isn't great or they have too much CGI or polish to them! But occasional I really do have fun with newer films but im very nitpicky unless its a fun action film or insane comedy!
