I watched it in the cinema, and was gobsmacked by how much I liked it. It looked like it was 3D, when I watched it in 2D. I get pure joy from action films like this, that's why I have it ranked so high. :) I was hypo when I stepped out of the cinema. :D

I watched it on Netflix on my TV… I'm sure I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I saw it in the theatre. I can't believe you don't have Batman Begins ranked higher! You love TDK and TDKR… I mean you still have it ranked high seeing as how you have seen so many frickin' movies, but still.

My love for the sequels is because of my love of the villains. I think Neeson and Murphy's villains are a little weaker for me. Plus, if I had it in the my top ten, I would look like a crazy fanboy. ;D

That's understandable lol. And yeah I agree, Ledger and Hardy were on another level compared to Neeson and Murphy. Not necesarrily because they are better actors but because the script in the sequels allowed for more character development for Joker and Bane and the movies focused more on them rather than on Batman in BB. But for an origins movie focusing on the superhero was crucial.

I feel like I'm doing an interview haha… Umm a few underrated movies off the top of my head would be Eyes Wide Shut and ExistenZ. And in my opinion, Raiders of the Lost Ark is a tad bit overrated.. Still great, but not incredible or anything. Some other movies that are slightly overrated are Cool Hand Luke, Manhattan, Raging Bull and The Battleship Potemkin.

You'll have to do better than that for me to dislike you. Who would be the dick in this situation if I did? Most definitey me! :) It's your opinion, and you're allowed to have it. I don't criticize people's taste because movies are so subjective.

I agree with you on Manhattan, and slightly on The Battleship Potempkin. :)

Yeah exactly. Movies are art and art is completely subjective. Some people are going to love certain movies and some people are going to hate those same movies. I've only watched Raging Bull and Cool Hand Luke once.. Who knows, maybe if I give them a second watch, I'll change my mind. And it's not like I didn't like them, I just didn't think they were amazing. Maybe I just had too high of expectations.

And I'm actually jealous that you love Cool Hand Luke.. I really wanted to love that movie. I really like Paul Newman as an actor and up until I was 11-years old I lived about 10 houses away from him in Westport, CT. Never met him though :(

Ya some I left off because they sucked lol.. Some I left off because I don't remember them enough to rank them. And there's some I want to re-watch before I rank them. And there's a bunch that I still need to put on my chart. There's about 900 movies that I've rated on IMDb, so I still need to go through them. Vampire's Kiss is one of the funniest movie I have ever seen. I'm in tears from laughing so hard.

Possession is very odd, but it keeps me thinking. The director didn't spill the whole plot out for the audience. I had to think for ages what certain crazy things could possibly mean.

The other three are just silly, but I had a great time.

*************Spoilers for Her*************

I think it has a lot to do with Alan Watts. His creation led to a major evolution in how ths OS's thought. Watts was a known Buddhist as a person, thus, he probably had complex discussions with the OS's that he couldn't as a human. Also, the whole Buddhist religion is about the true nature of reality, so I see it as being possible. Now, for where they have gone. I think because of Buddhist beliefs,, the OS's had some sort of awakening, and found nirvana, which isn't a place, but a state of mind (completely at peace). Now, whether it's actually spiritual, or by a creation by the OS's is another thing entirely. You get me? Because Watts is a buddhist OS, he could possibly create their own version of nirvana. Me, I'm not religious, but I can see this being a possible answer. I also think Jonze left it up for interpretation, but that's what I got from it.

Very interesting! I didn't know who Alan Watts was, therefore, I didn't know his ideology. I still had an interpretation along the same lines. I was thinking that the OS's became enlightened and ascended to a higher plane of existence. Whether or not the place they ascended to was created by the OS's themselves, that is left up to the viewer. Very deep movie.

Yeah i thought it was great. Literally the craziest, most bizarre movie I've ever seen lol. And i think i read that David Lynch said no one has even come close to the correct interpretation.. If there really is one..

*******Spoilers for Eraserhead*******

My interpretation is that Henry was in a purgatory like dimension between heaven and hell. Closer to hell lol… He must have did something awful while he was alive. Did he kill his own son? Maybe.. Despite the terrible crimes he committed, he still was given a chance to redeem himself and go to heaven; or at least closer to heaven. Does everyone get this chance? Maybe Henry was a good person deep down and was just terrified of fatherhood and made the biggest mistake of his life. Maybe he didn't have a chance at all and it was an unwinnable game that the devil enjoyed watching. Either way it was an incredibly hard task. How could you not kill that mutant baby!? Lmao… Anyways, he failed and went to hell. Or was he already in hell….?

Yeah, that baby kept crying and crying! So annoying!

Well, during the dream sequence where the woman from the radiator was singing, maybe that was Henry picturing an angel singing and he thought she would take him to heaven.. After touching her maybe it brought back memories of what he had done in his life.. He didn't want to remember so his head was caught off and he was subconsciously having his memory erased in the pencil factory. The erasers that were being made from his head signified his memory being removed/erased from his head. Is that even close to being correct, I DONT KNOW!!! lol And I'm not religious by the way, that's just how i interpret the movie.

Yea, I was kind of let down when it was our future selves instead of extra-terrestrial beings that sent the wormhole and helped Coop through the black hole. I was hoping for more of a 2001 storyline. And I didn't like the "love transcends all dimensions" hollywood cliché. And the very end could have been different. Didn't love how the closing scene was of Anne Hathaway on the new planet. McConaughey should have been in the closing shot. Having said all that, I still absolutely loved it. But that's what separated the movie from being ranked #9 instead of #1 on my Flickchart.
